Art

All Elementary and middle school students at ISA participate in a broad, rigorous and engaging Art and design program.

This provides them with an avenue to explore and inquire about the critical issues of the world, and to take action, through artistic expression.

They engage in the creative cycle – planning, creating, and evaluating art and develop skills that benefit them not only in visual arts, but across other disciplines and throughout their lives.

In high school, students have the option to choose Visual Art and delve deeper into the theories and principles of art.

In all the art courses, the emphasis is on nurturing individual expression and acquiring the practical skills to communicate this.

Children learn through the creative process and the exploration of various art media to express themselves visually. Each year, we hold an art exhibition, for which students choose their favorite pieces of art to display. Art program at ISA includes; Visual Arts, Music, Dance, Photography
