About Us
The International School Accra (ISA) is an expansion of Jack and Jill School which was established by Mrs. Agnes Kwakye in 1975 as a nursery school. Her vision was to give children from diverse backgrounds a solid academic foundation on which to build in subsequent years. The primary classes were introduced in 1978 and Junior Secondary School in 1992.
ISA is a four-year coeducational High School that offers world-class education and global opportunities to children from diverse socio-economic backgrounds. We offer a rigorous and challenging academic program and give our students the choice of receiving an American High School Certificate or the prestigious International Baccalaureate Diploma (IBD). ISA creates a unique setting that encourages exploration, curiosity and support students’ growing independence while providing the structure necessary for them to achieve their God-given potential. We take pride in diversity and inclusion
